Les conditions de travail sont r\u00e9gies par un contrat de travail de droit public \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, <strong>il n&rsquo;y a pas de p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;essai pour un emploi r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure.<\/strong> La dur\u00e9e du contrat prend fin sans r\u00e9siliation \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9ch\u00e9ance du contrat. Le salaire horaire ou l&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 journali\u00e8re doivent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme un salaire brut. Les primes de vacances et de jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s y sont compens\u00e9es par des suppl\u00e9ments de salaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment les calculer ?<\/strong> 10,64% pour cinq semaines de cong\u00e9 annuel ou 13% pour six semaines de cong\u00e9 annuel. Le travail le dimanche et les jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s sont r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s au tarif horaire et semi-horaire habituel.
